WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Lead HVAC Installer for us, you will need to be able to go into the homes and businesses of our clients and install HVAC systems to the highest standard while providing excellent customer service. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer (5+ years of experience qualifies for sign-on bonus)
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Physical ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
Willing to work in the Florida heat both outdoors and frequently in attics
